Young women using ADHD medicine up 700 percent over 8 years, CDC report finds

The number of women in their late 20s who filled a prescription for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) medicine skyrocketed by 700 percent between 2003 and 2015, according to a report released today by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Study finds men overeat to impress women

A study out of Cornell University has shown that overeating in males increases four times as much in competitive environments.  Participants in the study were given a plate of food told that they were taking part in a food eating competition, while half the men had the addition of a cheering audience. While the presence of a cheering audience increased male food consumption, consumption notably decreased for female participants.
