Russians could still boycott Winter Olympics

A final decision on whether Russian athletes will compete under a neutral flag at the 2018 Winter Olympics will be made next week. The International Olympic Committee says Russian sports federations and athletes will meet on 12 December. The Russian Olympic Committee was banned from the Pyeongchang Games by the IOC on Tuesday for doping offences. Team GB will have its best ever Winter Olympics next year by winning five medals, according to data analysts who have predicted the final medal table. Aeroflot has announced the launch of its winter 2017/18 Schedule, which will operate from October 29th through to March next year. The season includes flights to 137 destinations in 51 countries, including 50 routes inside Russia, 15 routes to seven CIS countries and 72 other international flights.
