At the time, AMD wasn’t able to offer us any kind of public comment. Now, the company has made remarks on the future of its Vega products and what consumers should expect these cards to sell for, both now and in the future. PCGamesN caught up with AMD’s Gerald Youngblood at Gamescom and asked him to…

This site may earn affiliate commissions from the links on this page. Terms of use. Today, HTC announced that it would slash the price on the Vive by $ 200, cutting it from $ 800 to $ 600. This is the first price cut the Vive has seen, and it’s undoubtedly a move to compete with Oculus, which has been selling the Rift + Touch for $ 400 this year. West Brom “don’t need or want to sell” captain Jonny Evans, says manager Tony Pulis who went on to concede “every player is for sale at the right price”.  A lot has been written about the consequences of doing activism online, particularly if you work in the feminist space. Some of us are even accused of courting it, laying traps to ensnare the splendid chaps who wouldn’t normally dream of dropping by to talk about the various ways you should be beaten or violated but who just couldn’t resist telling you this one time how your face looks like a…

The Arora Group argues its plans could save up to £6.7 billion when compared to the costs of Heathrow’ own plans. The private hotel and property company commissioned a review of HAL’s plans and believes there are cheaper and better solutions to expand Heathrow and address the need for more airport capacity in the South East. Further details on Arora’s proposals can be found at the following…

Some Cubans choose dose of private medicine despite price

For a dollar, Cuban podiatrist Serafin Barca will spend a half hour cutting the corns off a senior citizen’s foot, or nearly an hour removing a stubborn wart. The 80-year-old is among the last private medical workers in communist Cuba, which prides itself on its free, universal state health care and which has barred the creation of new private medical practices since 1963 — the year Barca graduated in his specialty after four years of study. Barca is busy from morning until night treating patients frustrated with the inefficiency of…
