A Chat With Vlad

Next up was our exclusive interview with Russian chef Vladimir Mukhin, whose Moscow restaurant White Rabbit sits at number 23 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

Chef Mukhin is the 2018 ambassador of the 2nd annual international gastronomic festival known as IKRA, an event sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.

The chef filled us in on what’s going on with Russian cuisine.
